Garden of the Gods

Located in the Shawnee National Forest in Southeastern Illinois, Garden of the Gods is famous for its unique rock formations and spectacular views, including Camel Rock and Anvil Rock. Garden of the Gods features hiking, camping and picnicking. A short looped trail from the main parking lot, which can be hiked in about 45 minutes, passes along most of the main rock formations.

George Rogers Clark National Historical Park

This memorial stands on the site where Lt. Col. George Rogers Clark and his frontiersmen defeated Lt. Grouseland - William Henry Harrison Home

Grouseland was the home of William Henry Harrison, the ninth President of the United States, who was the Governor of the Indiana Territory from 1800 to 1812. Built in 1803-04, the house was restored in 1911 as a museum and historic house furnished with period pieces, including many of Harrison's own possessions.

Henager's Memories and Nostalgia Museum
